To use Match Betting Guru you need an account. When you sign up, the details you provide need to be accurate — we're not asking for much, just a real email address so we can reach you.
You must be 18 or older to use this service. Matched betting involves placing real bets with real money, so that's a hard line.
Keep your password to yourself. If you share your login with someone else and we notice it, we reserve the right to suspend your account. It's not something we're itching to do, but account sharing isn't fair to paying members.
If you think someone else has gotten into your account, let us know immediately and we'll sort it out.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically — that's standard SaaS stuff. You can cancel anytime from your account settings and you won't be charged again from the next billing cycle.
We don't offer pro-rata refunds for unused days in a current billing period. If you forget to cancel and get charged for a month you didn't want, contact us within 48 hours and we'll refund it — no fuss, no admin fees.
If you're on an annual plan and want out in your first month, email us and we'll refund the remainder minus one month at the monthly rate. After that first month, annual plans are non-refundable.
From time to time we'll offer discount codes or free trials. These are one per person — don't try to game them by signing up multiple times with different emails. If we spot it, we'll cancel the extra accounts and you'll lose access without a refund.
Match Betting Guru pulls real-time odds data from Betfair and a range of Australian bookmakers. We work hard to keep it accurate and up-to-date, but we can't guarantee perfection — odds can move fast, scrapers occasionally hiccup, and bookmakers sometimes change their sites without warning.
Always confirm odds in your bookmaker's app before placing a bet. We are not liable for any losses that result from acting on odds shown in our software that turn out to be incorrect or stale.
Occasional downtime happens. If a particular bookmaker or race type is temporarily unavailable, that's not grounds for a refund — it's just the nature of real-time data.
When using our software, you agree not to:
The Match Betting Guru platform — its design, code, tools, content, and branding — belongs to us. You're welcome to use it as a subscriber; you're not welcome to copy it, resell it, or pass it off as your own.
If you create anything using our content or tools, we retain ownership of the underlying IP. That said, your bet tracker data and personal entries are entirely yours.
We can suspend or terminate your account if you're doing something that breaches these terms — particularly if you're sharing accounts, abusing promo codes, scraping data, or being disrespectful in any support interactions.
We'd rather talk it out first. If there's a problem, we'll usually reach out before pulling the plug. But we're not obligated to.
You can also close your account any time by contacting us. We'll delete your data promptly as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We link to bookmaker websites, Betfair, and other third-party services as part of how the platform works. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for their content, availability, or how they treat you. Always read the terms and conditions of any bookmaker before depositing.
Matched betting involves placing real wagers. We teach you how to do it profitably and give you tools to do it efficiently — but the decision to place any individual bet is entirely yours.

If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Minor clarifications (fixing a typo, adding a sentence for clarity) won't warrant a notification, but anything that affects your rights or obligations will.
Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes that can't be resolved between us directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
