Privacy Policy

We'll keep this short and honest, because we think privacy policies should be written by humans, not lawyers trying to obscure how much of your life they're hoovering up.

TL;DR — We will never sell, trade, or share your personal data. We don't track you across the web. We respect your right to move freely and privately. And frankly, we don't care who you are — we just care that the tools work for you.

📋 What we collect

When you sign up, we collect the bare minimum needed to run your account:

That's it. We don't ask for your phone number, your address, your date of birth, or your mother's maiden name.

🚫 What we will never do

🔐 How we store your data

Your account data is stored on a private server. Passwords are hashed — we cannot read them, and neither can anyone else. Bet tracker entries are tied to your account and visible only to you.

We don't use third-party analytics platforms that harvest your behaviour. If we use any external service (e.g. Google login), it is solely to authenticate your identity and nothing more.

🕵️ Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. That's all. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or anything designed to follow you around the internet.

🗑️ Deleting your account

You own your data. If you want it gone, contact us and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 7 days. No questions asked, no retention period, no "are you sure?" dark patterns.

⚖️ Australian Privacy Act

We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, you can contact us directly to resolve it. If we can't sort it out between us, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

✉️ Questions

If you have any questions about this policy, get in touch. We're real people and we'll give you a real answer.

Last updated: April 2026. If we ever change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll email you to let you know before the changes take effect.
